This Privacy Policy describes how WellyPal AI collects, uses, processes, shares, and protects Your information when You use the WellyPal mobile application, website, and related services. • You means the individual using the Service or the legal entity on whose behalf the individual uses the Service.

2. Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon Your acceptance of these Terms and the WellyPal Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You represent and warrant that You are at least 13 years old.

4. Health, Nutrition, and Safety Disclaimers

WellyPal does not provide medical advice, nutritional counseling, or professional health services.

All calorie estimates, nutrition insights, wellness suggestions, and AI-generated outputs are automated approximations and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

• You should consult licensed professionals for dietary, medical, or health guidance
• The Company is not liable for inaccuracies in food identification, nutrition data, or health-related outputs

5. User Content; License Grant

By submitting User Content, You represent that You own or have sufficient rights to such content.

You grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• use
• reproduce
• analyze
• process
• modify
• publish
• create derivative works

from the User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and training AI systems used in the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• unlawful
• harmful
• offensive
• infringing
• privacy-violating

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload violent, explicit, or unlawful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or conduct competitive analysis of the Service

• Upload images or personal data of others without lawful consent
• Interfere with or disrupt Service operations

7. Subscription, Billing, and In-App Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions may be processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective terms govern:

• refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
