How to Log In to Your App Account?

(1) Go to the Profile page.

(2) Tap Log in or sign up at the top.

(3) On the login page, select a login method:

-Log in with Apple ID

-Log in with Google Account

(4) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization, and you will be logged in successfully.

How do I switch login methods?

(1) Go to the Profile page.

(2) Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner to enter the Settings page.

(3) Scroll to the bottom of the page.

(4) Tap Log out to sign out of your current account.

(5) Return to the login page and choose a different sign-in method.

Note: Whether you can still see your previous data depends on whether you sign back in to the same account.

What should I do if I forgot my password or cannot access my third-party account?

Please first recover your account or reset your login credentials through the relevant platform, then return to the app and sign in again.

WellyPal currently supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google.

Why am I taken to the login page when I tap my profile photo, username, or email?

This is because you are not currently signed in.

When you are logged out, profile-related information can only be viewed or edited after you sign in.

Why is my username or email still blank after I have signed in?

Some third-party accounts may not provide complete nickname or email information.

If that happens, go to the Profile page, tap the profile section at the top to open Edit Profile, and add or update it manually.

How do I log out of my current account?

(1) Go to the Profile page.

(2) Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner to enter the Settings page.

(3) Scroll to the bottom of the page.

(4) Tap Log out to sign out of your current account.

(5) Confirm to sign out of your current account.

How do I update my profile information?

(1) Go to the Profile page.

(2) Tap the profile section at the top to enter Edit Profile.

(3) Update your profile photo, username, or email address as needed.

(4) Tap Save.

Why did my username fail to save?

(1) The username is already used by another account.

(2) The username exceeds 20 characters.

(3) The username contains only spaces or unsupported characters.

(4) The content is empty after removing leading and trailing spaces.

How do I delete my account?
